1. My only negative is that my first morning here the internet in the hotel was down, the front desk staff didn't know really what was going on and gave me the run around as to the issue, the time it may be resolved, etc.

2. Hilton may have installed insulated glass or used other countermeasures, but not one of the 3 nights were the trains an issue.

3. The only manager on duty to address my concerns was a food and beverage manager who was not sure how to handle my issues.

4. Amtrak noise can be an issue here particularly between 10pm and 3am( they blast the horn for about a mile before even passing the hotel) so definitely recommend using the provided earplugs regardless.

7. They also took the parking charge off due to the hot water issue, but it took several weeks with hotel management to resolve the complaints.

10. Restaurant on-site was somewhat limited and expensive (breakfast buffet was $30 with tip), but on the other hand there are probably 100 restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance of the hotel, so this is really not an issue.
