1. The only complaint I had about the hotel was that the parking lot fills up quickly and it was difficult to find a parking spot at the end of the night.

2. Like I said- I've never been motivated to write a complaint- I think it's ok to ask for something politely that would make a big difference in pouring rain- but I didn't act insulting about the question-- and I felt they went out of their way to be difficult and insulting.

3. Beware of the paper thin walls as well--if you have noisy neighbours it might make it difficult to sleep in peace.
