1. The only issue was having the Lost and Found office not call us for a whole week; after three calls; to get our forgotten shoes sent back to us.

3. Suggest the breakfast issue be better explained as I saw people walk in with their vouchers expecting this great breafast only to put aside the vouchers and order from the menu.

4. Only issue was that we were told that we would get a free continential breakfast but found out it was muffin, yoghurt and orange together with an orange juice or coffee at the restaurant so just paid for breakfast which was not too much of a problem.

7. Rude neighbors insisted on allowing their door next to ours slam shut in the morning despite the fact that we had our doorknob 'quiet please' sign out, but that's not the property management's issue.

8. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for our son and a bottle of wine from Pam Pam to accompany the pizza we ordered from one of the chain pizzerias -- they delivered without issue right to our door.
