1. Some servers heroically managed good service at least one time each, so I can point to a lunch at Trellis' (Angelica), a lunch at Terrace Cafe (Andrea), a drink at Trellis' (F&B manager, who, due to circumstances we were in at the time, we weren't able to take aside and speak to about our many issues with his staff), a front desk clerk (Jeremy), and the night manager (who was on, literally, her last night on the job when we spoke to her and shared all of our dismay) who all managed to give us some good customer service.
