2. When she mentioned she was pre-surgery and by doctor's orders needed to be lying down for 50 minutes out of every hour, she was told this wasn't the hotel's problem and ignored.

3. I was here for a conference and several people, including myself, were stuck waiting several hours past check-in to be assigned rooms, had problems with our rooms (bugs, mold, unclean) and were greeted quite frigidly by the front desk staff.

7. The grounds were pretty during the day and illuminated nicely at night, however walking alone on the grounds at night may pose a problem for some.
