1. However, those issues should not have arisen in the first place, and unless the hotel gets the elevators and ice machines fixed, and starts offering a continental breakfast on the mezzanine level from 6:00 a.

4. You can hear downtown bustling, so if your sensitive to that it would be an issue, it wasn't for me.

5. Location was good for my needs, but parking is the issue, unless you want to park on the street valet is $15; it should be included when you stay.

6. So after being placed on hold for about 45 minutes or so, I finally got through to a nice rep over the phone who immediately addressed the issue with the hotel manager (who claimed she was not aware of any of the complaints).
