2. Perhaps because it was on a higher floor, it was 'nicer' ? The clerk also gave me several drink coupons, and 2 coupons for free breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day of my stay -- which was a nice gesture.

3. When placing a special request for a black W hat, as I collect them (can you say free advertising?) Whatever/Whenever said they ran out and directed me to the W in Midtown and told me how to get there via MARTA).
