1. Here's a huge shout out to Vernon in security who made it his mission to personally find my drivers license - which I accidentally lost while staying there.

2. I think W markets those different types of rooms to make people feel like they're getting a huge upgrade when in reality you may have been upgraded from floor 3 to floor 6.

6. Firstly very conveinient location, right next to a huge mall, Wendys and Ihop on the same road (although the road is VERY long).

8. I am not a huge fan of the 'hip' hotel, and think it is silly when only one person is working a 'check in' desk - although it doesn't look like that.
