1. Our view was of the city on the 7th floor facing Diamond Head and although not the greatest view, again who cares? We spent most of the day out of the hotel room and even at night, the view was more than enough.

2. Yes the furniture was a bit dated, but seriously who cares? The tv was new, the bed was more than comfortable, and the room was cleaned unless we had the do not disturb on the door.

5. you didn't really care :) Pool is covered by a lot of concrete and is actually above a floor and very small however you are in Hawaii and the beach is across the street, who needs a pool?We did not require anything additional services during our stay really only to check in and out.

7. , When they say Hawaii is filled with the Aloha spirit I can say true true because everyone at Pac beach from the doormen to the bellman who calls me the Queen to Dougie and the gang who valet my car to Haru who took care of my room but made sure I had fresh flowers and fruit from her garden to the reservation clerk who always remebered my mothers name and that my son was in a hospital in Hawaii Pac Beach for me has been filled with a very personal spirit of Aloha.

8. We we t to hire a car from dollar rentals downstairs and were told that we might be able to get a gps but they weren't sure if one would be a available because they had to take care of Japanese customers first.
