1. I contacted management via letter prior to our trip and was contacted before our arrival and welcomed upon our arrival by the Sr.

6. The front desk were friendly and welcoming upon arrival, at one point I thought housekeeping were storing towels in our room we had so many, and the transport/valet parking guys downstairs were equally as friendly.

8. Western families may not feel welcome at this hotel, the property seems to cater to Japanese tourists in large numbers pushing and shoving through the lobby, breakfast lines, etc Watch out or you will get run over.
