1. It was at that time that Krishna informed me that this resident slept during the day and worked at night (apparently in his room), as if this information justified his noise and I should expect to hear him, and this was considered acceptable to Candlewood.

2. First off, Larry was very nice & accommodating- I was concerned about my son's asthma & allergies, since they accept pets in all rooms, and he assured me he would have housekeeping give the room an extra-thorough cleaning before we arrived to make sure that it was free of pet hair & dander.
