1. The in-house staff cannot promise a specific room but they carefully note preferences and do all to keep the customer happy.

5. After reading many of the reviews, I felt the pros ( quiet hotel, great location and comfortable beds ) outweighed the cons (small room and bathroom ) and I was happy with my decision in choosing the Omni .
