1. You can walk to Central Park, Times Square, Rockafeller Center, many cool attractions and you can pick up the double decker tour buses right at the corner.

6. The carpet is very tired, there are very few outlets in the room for the modern traveller who needs to charge electronic devices, and the heating/cooling system in the entire hotel was ridiculous.
