4. If this was an upgrade- still wondering what the other option was? The funniest part of the room was the shower curtain bar was so high that the shower curtain hung above the tub so the water just dribbled down.

5. Our check in was very effficient, we had been upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony and a wonderful view, one direction was central park and the other Times Square.
