1. An older set of buildings, the Sunseeker has been been brought up to very high standards and is a better-looking place than it perhaps deserves to be.

7. It is friendly, but there was no attempt to get the guests to mix and mingle, and with the glut of empty condos and time shares in this economy you can get a much better deal staying in those.
