1. The location in Kihei is ideal and with the exception of hearing the guest above me trample across his/her room, the room was otherwise quiet.

2. It had painted concrete walls which we didn't like but we went cheaper because we didn't plan on staying in the room except for to sleep anyway.

4. All of the rooms (except for room 12) have private lanais and the ones in the front buildings and the top of the back building have spectacular views.
