2. decent room, comfortable bed, the lighting could be a bit lighter, and I have no idea of how the floor outside of the shower got wet all 4 mornings.

4. The Pros: decent price, good location, clean, the guys in charge of the complimentary breakfast kept everything impeccable and were very serious about making a modest (but nice) breakfast, the best experience at this hotel.
