1. I was attending a large conference at the LA convention Center and wants a quiet fun place to stay that was more affordable then the nearby Marriott.

9. This hotel is on a quiet street with lots of places to eat all around like IHOP, Denny's, Coldstone Ice Cream, Ralph's Groceries, Subway, SanSushi and a little market that I went to a lot : Famimas.
