3. when the coffee cups don't match and the soap if from one company, the shampoo from a second company and the bottles on the counter don't match, you sort of wonder what's going on.

The pajamas were a gift, not an heirloom but just a few hours after we left they could't locate the maid or housekeeping supervisor so one would wonder if the employees are taking things out of the rooms while people are still there? Sad very sad that we called 3 times and after being promised a call back we still haven't heard from anyone at this hotel.

7. What a great hotel (it's not the four season's but we already know that) Our room, a poolside king, was enormous, and needless to say clean, being able to sit out on the private patio and drink coffee in the morning was wonderful.
