3. So we asked to move and ended up with a less expensive room that we liked much better - 374, with a very nice lanai overlooking the lawn bowling, hillside wooded with flowering trees and sunset meadow off to the left.

5. It was so nice to have the use of both resorts, and we would highly recommend staying here if you like a relaxing getaway.

6. For excitement and activity, a quick shuttle ride to Manele Bay is required but it's nice to return to the quietness and elegance of Koehle.

7. Architecturally stunning, gorgeous grounds, excellent food, beautiful golf course (walkable Monday/Tuesday when it's closed), nice fitness center with clean/well maintained equipment.
