1. Towels are adequate, but fairly thin.

The bathroom consists of an undermount sink on a pretty nice piece of granite, somewhat cheapened by the fluorescent lighting and the half closet immediately behind you (why do they put a safe in it larger enough for a couple of bowling balls, but cramping the space to hang clothes? Through a door is the inner sanctum of a water closet and prefab tub-shower combination with a ceiling light adequate for dark room work, The walls, and tile are all in amorphous beige.

Positives: Excellent central location with great transportation options very close by; friendly, helpful staff; HUGE rooms by NYC or any standard; exceptional amenities - comfortable bed, updated furniture, clean, functional fridge, great WiFi, nice size HDTV, comfortable bathroom & shower; quiet (hotel rooms start on the 12th floor) w/ nice city views; very adequate, reasonably priced breakfast; a real exercise room w/ equipment that works.

6. If this hotel is unable to adequately provide valet service to the guest of this hotel maybe they should consider ending the valet service and allow guest to park their cars for only five dollars more around the corner in the same parking lot the hotel uses.
