1. The hotel bathroom must have been new or atleast the shower curtain had that new smell to it and clean, the room was clean.

2. I'm a Marriott Rewards Member and as I've said in previous reviews, I gravitate toward the Courtyard line when traveling (because they are clean, updated, and usually a great value.
