The cons: Combo bath/shower which drives me nuts in a business hotel in a king room (where children wouldn't be guests); room service didn't deliver the morning beverages the first 2 of our 3 mornings but they did offer chocolate covered strawberries as an apology, which were delicious; and forgot to replace the bathroom amenities on the 3rd day.
