2. Staff were friendly, check in and check out were both no more than 5 minutes and based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for other visitors to NYC, especially if you're looking for a convenient downtown location at a good price.

8. So if you ask me, this hotel offers the best overall value we have found on the three trips to Manahattan we have made over the past three years (we usually stay in the Times Square area and we found this area much more convenient for our needs).
