3. I got a service, they charged me 4 times what I would pay outside, driver did not showed up, hotel rejected responsibility and were not helpful, and it took me 1 month to get my money back.

5. One person said $50, another said $300 and the duty manager in response to telling her about the charges rudely told us that there incidental charges are $100 per day for every day of your stay.

8. on arrival we were greeted by the rudest front desk staff ever, she was so rude i was gobsmacked, no hello or greeting at all, and grunts in response to questions.
