4. There are not many places to eat around the hotel except a couple fast food places and it's not located in the best of neighborhoods but not once did I feel unsafe.

5. the quality is exceptional, the staff was accommodating, the room was quiet, the shuttle was very convenient (just avoid rush-hour use) - it was an easy way to visit the city and not pay a fortune, while still staying in a nice hotel.
