1. I was extremely pleased, as we got above-and-beyond service from both of the desk staff we encountered, a HUGE and very clean room, and a convenient walk to the convention center and Disneyland.

3. The carpets were dirty I couldn`t take off my shoes and there was a huge stain which was still wet GROSS, no warm water to take a shower the ceiling of the bathroom was rotten and the panels were falling off.
