5. Although the immediate vicinity of the hotel is good, downtown Denver generally is somewhat unpolished and dirty so I'll try a hotel in the north side next time.

7. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 star rating is because I feel that it was lacking a 'personality', it was more of a just generic, upscale hotel.

10. The general Manager introduced himself to us in the Lobby, and then, an hour later, ran into us again at the Spa desk, remembered our names and gave us free access to the Spa.
