4. The rooms are very well appointed with luxury finishes, good quality furnishings and spacious, clean marble bathrooms with stall showers (always a plus in my book).

5. It's located in a converted office building, which could be a disaster, but in this case is fantastic in that the rooms are all very spacious, and some are uniquely shaped (in a good way).
