3. I asked if we could go back to our room until we could figure out how to get new tires for our vehicle and was told by the front desk woman that they would 'let' us stay until 2:00pm without being charged an additional night.

4. This is an older hotel and although the listing says it was fully remodeled in 2007, the true extent of the remodel would seem to be granite in the bathroom and new carpet.
