1. The reviews I read prior to staying here made me hesitant about the visit and in terms of the area I would say to be careful and don't walk around at night unless you are in a group.

2. Thus it's true that the staff, generally speaking, is not that helpful, but how much help to do any of us really need? Housekeeping staff takes good care of the rooms and I could use the shuttle when I needed it.
