1. I am from new york and have experienced bud bugs before, so i knew what the bites were the moment they appeared.

2. I will say that of all my travels, I found Denver's homeless population to be more apparent than that of new York, Boston, London or Paris.

4. He didn't believe us that the door didn't work and when it didn't gave us a new room ( which the front desk told us wasn't available).

5. We had a problem with our door not always working and after dealing with a rude front desk person, and having someone put a new battery in the door (which still didn't work) did the manager come up.
