1. Though old and a bit rundown, the rooms are clean and not overly sanitized/stinky, which is a big plus in these places.

2. So then I phoned a few other hotels including the Days Inn right beside the Franklin, and found out the owners had lied, the big game wasn`t starting for days, and only their motel was full with a group.
