1. All in all this place was good.

2. Pros: very clean rooms and common areas, well serviced, comfortable beds, nice linens, nicely appointed rooms (middle of the road appointments in a contemporary style), airport shuttle was punctual and pleasant, the food venues were pretty good for meeting our needs.

5. All the departments are great, and we particularly were surprised in the landings bar at how good the cocktails, and waitstaff were.

7. The parking alone was a pain as there was nothing to tell you if there were any spots still available on any of the floors so we drove around for a good ten or fifteen minutes just trying to find a spot and there is an additional charge of 25 dollars for one night of parking.
