1. The bad; it's very woren, rooms seem dirty, but I think they've reach the point of no return and no amount of scrubbing will get them clean.

8. clean rooms, heavily laden with wooden treatments and lineoleum floors, an overhead fan, and an air purifier (or something akin) along with a soft and comfy bed made this a nice spot for meetings at UCLA and convenient to travel.
