8. Clean rooms, heavily laden with wooden treatments and lineoleum floors, an overhead fan, and an air purifier (or something akin) along with a soft and comfy bed made this a nice spot for meetings at UCLA and convenient to travel.

10. It is the little touches, like power plugs on the lights by the beds, nice big bathroom counters, soaking tubs, refrigerators, safes and a very adequate FREE breakfast (fruit, cereal, bagels, donuts, juice, coffee) from 7 to 10.
