1. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (with a particularly memorable third night spent largely in the hotel bar, with lively chat between the hotel guests admirably administrated by the bar staff - load of fun).

7. I would recommend the Stars Homes Tour (Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and Bel Air), which lasts 2 hours and is definitely worth the money and of course, Universal Studios both of which are great fun for the full family.
