9. The airpirt shuttle picked us up after waiting for approx 15-20mins (again very reasonable, considering it's free), and hotel staff are very helpful and deliver fast service.

10. All the folks at the front desk were wonderful in helping with a quick and smooth check-in and check-out, and other questions/requests I had during my stay, the food in their restaurant was great, and housekeeping did a fantastic job for us.
