Take one crumbling late 60's asbestos filled palace, add a few dozen pieces of toasted Pottery Barn furniture, a generous portion of nutmeg latex paint, a handful of gold fairy dust, some sugar coated art, a pinch of kosher salt, and your new dump will be ready faster than you can say Jiffy-Pop.
