1. The Hollywood Highland center is nearby, which is convenient for shopping, and I guess anyone who wants to walk around downtown Hollywood should be more than happy with the hotel, which has good enough rooms and staff.

2. positive aspects- directly on Highland Ave, only 5-10 min walk to Hollywood Blvd, very convenient if you like to go to Madame Tussauds, Walk of Fame, Hard Rock Cafe, Hollywood Museum, Chinese Theatre and many souvenir shops- free parking, many parking spots- close to metro station Hollywood/Highland, close to Universal Studios and Hollywood bowl- rooms are clean, big, beds are comfortable - because of noise in the room service personell offered to switch rooms for free (we were offered a room with jacuzzi)- because of the trouble we were offered a private shuttle to the airport for a special price; when the car came it was a black strech limousine - awesome.

And the location is just a few minutes walk to Hollywood boulevard,the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Kodak Theater, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Madame Tussaud's, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Beieve It or Not, Souvenir shops, restaurants, convenient stores and also the Hollywood Bowl on the other end of the street is just nearby and you can actually get a glimpse of the Hollywood Sign when you're near Franklin Avenue going to the hotel.

6. The place also has an in-house resto - SPICE which is very convenient especially for filling up your stomach in the morning.

7. The location is very convenient to Hollywood attractions, great shower and we had a hair dryer replaced very promptly, but it was certainly not worth the loss of sleep.
