7. Since the parking is underneath the motel, you do have to go through the lobby and use the elevator to access the rooms, so I didn't feel there were any safety concerns like I would if the rooms were on the first floor.

9. Great views of the Hollywood sign from nearby shopping mall (don't drive around for hours like my husband and I did trying to get a better shot - this was by far the best view).

10. She acted like she was being bothered by our questions about the area as she was on personal cell phone calls every time we went to the reception area and all she wanted to do was push us to book city tours and get us out of there as soon as possible.
