1. Sending items to Europe can have customs duty issues - so was our case and Irma helped us right away to issue new documentation, etc.

6. Only cautionary note to add some new information - there is massive public highway works being done in the area which occurs in the late evening.

10. The one saving grace is some of the staff, they promtly brought us new towels, some softer pillows and earplugs (though those didn't help) as soon as we requested them.
