7. I can't say that the access issues is the hotel or the phone carrier, but it just seemed like there was a spell cast over the hotel to prevent access to the outside world.

8. Once in a while, it seemed like you'd get a burst of access and you're email would download to the phone, or you'd get a text message, but when you went to reply or call someone, there would be no service.
