4. The staff weren't overly friendly and they gave us a room in the VERY back of the grounds and upstairs, so we had to carry 4 suitcases and 2 bags by ourselves after a 14 hour flight.

Clean, friendly staff, acceptable breakfast, really no problem at all with the on street parking, however, if you can, get an upstairs room - mine was downstairs and my neighbour above me was very loud - he would come in at midnight and start banging around - I heard nothing from either side but the sound insulation to the upstairs rooms was not good.
