1. They have a 24-hour shuttle to the airport, free parking (valid while your checked into a room) and complimentary continental breakfast which I did not get a chance to eat as I was generally out the door before 0600 to catch a flight.

2. This convenience comes at a price however (no, not a financial one - it's surprisingly cheap, especially if booked in advance) - the proximity to the airport means considerable 'plane noise, and century boulevard outside generates a lot of traffic noise.

3. The defensive managment need to understand that the younger generation can and do appreciate older hotels and also to admit that this hotel has a damp problem that needs resolving before any painting/updating of rooms takes place.

5. Then the reception staff proved to be more than helpful, I discovered the generous tea & coffee facilities (not provided in Vegas) .
