Also advertised on the website was a dvd player available but we could not operate the one in our room and upon asking for instructions we were told that the manager would be up in an hour to help us (this was a 4pm in the day) the manager never came up or called to help (we were able with much 'clicking' of the three remotes) finally able to watch regular tv.

9. I`ve returned this week after spending three nights at Westside Rentals Hotel in LA last week, which I booked on the recommendation of helpful folk at TripAdvisor.

10. The male and female managers of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, as was a young male who also worked there.
