3. The guy who works there is very friendly and the hotel is located in a nice location so that you can walk to most interest points.

7. It's a shame because it was a nice building not without charm, the lobby looks like it's been freshly painted, and it could be a very nice hotel - but it is run down, dirty and unpleasent - it looks like the owners have completely lost interest in customer satisfaction.

9. It consisted of two nicely cooked eggs, a quantity of crispy bacon (which I later discovered was how bacon was cooked even in upmarket hotels in the US), a bunch of grapes and two slices of pre-buttered toast.

10. it is a nice hotel inside, there is very little parking in front and across the street the room was clean just the bed was squeaking and they give you information about the places to eat or to visit.
