7. Many who travel to LA already know the (big name-hotel), and are probably not familiar with the surprisingly wonderfull,unique and exotic dowtown LA hotel called Figueroa Hotel.

8. If you want a sanitised overcooled concrete box choose one of the big chains which provide the same type of accommodation in any city you may visit - if you want something different with loads of character staffed by real people - try the Figueroa.
