1. Limited TV (I think it was about 13 channels and no HD TV)None of those are deal-breakers for me, but if you are expecting those things, it's good to know what's missing.

4. The room service staff was friendly and efficient when I met them in the halls, and did a good job keeping the room clean.

7. My room was a good size with a huge bed, just wish it had been more recently refurbished to add a bit more comfort.
