4. They helped us with a lot of our needs, considering we were taking public transportation [Metro train and bus], that is located right across the street that takes you everywhere, including Santa Monica, Universal Studios, and Hollywood.

7. My first experience with this hotel was when I was struggling up from the parking garage with a very heavy suitcase; the bellboy helped a much younger colleague with her bags, and the valet just stood there and looked at me.

We stayed here and we found the location to be fine, easy for getting around to all the main attractions we travelled safely on the Metro Bus and train in the 3 days we had there, the Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms where clean and tidy, because we had been on a tour of the states we found this hotel very reasonably priced, Sue 56yrs Tom 63yrs from Manchester England.
